Hello,
We define an two user update rules:
1. first rule to check when a user is terminated/inactivated by setting its statuskey to 0, then disable all accounts of the user
2. second rule is to create a update account task with update logonid option and select execute on 7 days. the update account should update a few account attributes as termination record after one week.
However, when such HR Feed executed, the first rule works fine and all accounts are disabled, but second rule did not trigger the update account after 7 days. is it because the account was disabled? How can we troubleshooting this scenario and where to check if the trigger have any issues or what else we should do in order to generate update account tasks by this rule?
Thanks

Hello Devang,
Thanks for your reminder, I just checked that option and it has been turned on. I also tried a similar rule for user update from UI and the rule works fine, it trigger the update account task for inactive users.
But the status change from Import was not processed by another user update rule that listen on user update from import. Any table record or log entry should I check from troubleshooting perspective?
Thanks!

Hello Devang,
I defined two rules that every thing is same except the Trigger Actions when field below. the rule trigged by "user is updated from UI" is working fine and the future dated account update task is generated at due time:
However, second rule trigged by "user is updated from import" is not working, no future dated account update task generated at due time:
Can you help how to check and troubleshoot second rule execution?
Thank you very much!

When you are importing users from import process, have you enabled "Check Rule" option?
Thanks,

did you try by enabling below config in global configurations?
this config will create update account task for inactive users and for inactive accounts when user update rule is triggered
