SOD violation to reject entitlement only

We are using a parallel workflow to check for SOD risks, and to automatically reject the entitlement.
Unfortunately it doesn't reject the entitlement, but the entire request.
How can we change this so that it will only reject the entitlement on which the SOD is triggered?

Hi @Marcel

A request can be for a single or multiple entitlements hence SOD approval/rejection happen on entire request not on the specific entitlements. Hence the requirement doesn't look to be feasible.

For SOD violations you can use the below functionalities provided OOTB.

TASK: SOD Owner Approval (Only for Serial Workflows)

MC Required for Risk

In case we misunderstood your requirements, please provide more details.

Hi Dhruv Sharma,

Thank you for the reply, but this will not match our requirements of using the parallel workflows.
I've raised an Idea (SOD reject entitlement instead of entire | Saviynt Ideas Portal) hoping Saviynt will be able to support us in this.
