Getting access denied while view user account and associate entitlements.

Hi Team,

We have created a custom SAV role with below mentioned feature access, getting access denied screen while clicking user's accounts. Our expectation is that after clicking user --> accounts --> access denied error (It should be account details, owners and associate entitlements.)

View DelegatesView your active, expired or upcoming delegation
HomeCore access for Security Manager. Note, this is the bare minimum access all users should have to be able to use Security Manager
All Campaign Certification View AccessAll the required access to view Campaigns in Read only mode. **Do not assign to Certifier
Pending ApprovalsAllows users to approve, reject, or modify requests from others
Request Access for OthersRequest and manage access for applications, roles, or application collections for other users. This access also lets you enable, disable , lock, unlock other user's account
All Campaign Certification Review AccessAll the required access to review certification in SSM. This access is recommended for End Users who could be a Certifier/Camapign Owner/Consultee
Request Access for Others - Multi UserAllows users to request access for multiple users. It also gives access to request by uploading files
Request HistoryView all requests raised by you for yourself or others
Campaign ListProvide the user the ability to view the list of Campaigns
Campaign SummaryProvide the user the ability to view Campaign Summary
Admin: Entitlements AdministrationProvides ability to manage entitlements
Update Existing Entitlement TypeAllows users to update entitlement types in Security Manager
Create New RoleAllows users to request roles creation in Security Manager

  • Please check network logs to find which feature and APIs are having issue and giving 403 error . [Sample Image Below]
