Show Email ID in View Status of Requests

Hi,

We have a requirement, as to when any request is submitted, say Update/Modify Account for Service Accounts wherein we are changing the owner of the Service account.

The assignee or the approver when viewing the request should be able to see who was the old owner along with the email address and the new owner along with the email address.

At the moment we can only see the username and no email address. Check the field removed owner. I shows just the username which is the PIN of the person.

How to achieve it?

Unfortunately there is no way to achieve the above use case. 

You can try adding Dynamic attributes to store few values which can be shown in request but for that as well picking old owner and displaying the owner wont be achievable.

This is not configurable, raise idea ticket. 
dynamic attribute approch wont work as user can select multiple owner on run time you can’t fetch selected owners
