Hi,

We are working on management (creation/owner change/deletion) of Shared mailboxes as Service Accounts with in Saviynt. Which is also the recommended approach on many other forums.

The request form of the Shared Mailbox is a Service-now form. And service- now will make a REST API call to generate task with in Saviynt and pass the required values in Dynamic attributes.

Kindly help on below queries -

1. Dynamic attribute values can be referred within Win-PS connection Json's (create account json)?

2. CreateAccount Json will be called for the account creation, even though create account task is for a service account.

Hi @rushikeshvartak

Thanks for your suggestion. I wanted to re validate on the first query, as the link shared is of REST connector.

In Win PS connector, requestaccessattributes are not mentioned as available binding attributes.
