Error with approving request using actionable email template

Hello Team,

We are trying approving request based on email.

We are receiving the email after submitting the request and able to take action.

  1.  Email Received after submitting the request.
  2. Approver clicked on Approve and send the reply email.
  3. Email received in the mailbox.
  4. We have run "Email based Approval Job (IncomingMailARSJob)" Job also successful and read 1 mail.

still request is not approve in request approval and request approval pending with manager side.

In Request History tab request is still pending with manager, and manager approve the request through mail.

Kindly suggest what should next to approved request show in request history.

Keep subject as ARS instead of DEVARS ?
