Email template for Escalated Approval

Hi All,

We have one requirement for escalated approval email template. The template is as follows:

Hi <EscalationApproverFirstname> <EscalationApproverLastName>,

The below request has been escalated to you for your approval because no action was taken by [FirstName] [LastName].

In the above template we are able to bind EscalationApproverFirstname and EscalationApproverLastName with the binding variables ${assignee.firstname} and ${assignee.lastname} .

In the same way, we need binding variable to fetch the actual approver details- who was not able to take the action within the due date, so the request was escalated.

Please provide any suggestions on this.

• Only if previous approver was manager can you take ${manager.firstname}
