ServiceNow plugin default forms edit options

Our ongoing effort involves the integration of ServiceNow and Saviynt IGA. Within this integration, we are making use of the Saviynt IGA plugin to facilitate user synchronization. We have some inquiries pertaining to the Saviynt IGA Plugin:

How to edit the default forms provided. specific to the below form where we need to remove entitlement type prefix from entitlement names.

The Role Type is being concatenated with the entitlement name. Need a way to remove the role type

Greetings.

The forms, respective fields and data for the fields is driven through catalog items.

If you're looking to change the form or data of an application, you can go the catalog items, select the respective application catalog item and make respective changes in the variables under the catalog item.

If you're making changes to forms like request enterprise role etc., then those catalog item's variables needs to be edited.

However, for this specific ask, there is already an idea raised for the same. As of our current offering it is default behaviour while displaying entitlements. Please follow the below idea.
