Servicenow import not pulling entitlements

We have a successful connection between Saviynt and Servicenow. We did a full import in Servicenow and the only data it pulled was a test role we created in Saviynt. We want to have all entitlements pulled in. The data import filter on the ServiceNow is open to pull everything. Not sure if something is missing or there is something that needs to be enabled on the Saviynt side.

This import is pulling data from saviynt into servicenow.  Its not pulling on the servicenow side. Only thing that is getting pulled in is this test role.

We was able to successfully pull in the entitlement data but when trying to test a request we could not see any of the groups populated. We verified the configs and on the link properties page we are getting an error.

Did you check the event logs?

I looked at the logs and it was the data import filtering that was the problem. The user filtering was not changed from the default not pulling in all the accurate data. Changed the filter to look at statueskey for active users. Did a full test and it worked successfully.
