Extending account's end date via Saviynt app for ServiceNow plugin

Hi All,

We are utilizing Saviynt app for service now plugin in our implementation process.

The workflow approval and access request forms are handled in ServiceNow. Fulfillment is handled in Saviynt.

For one of the applications, it is asked to provide option for 'Extending end date' for entitlements.
Is it possible to provide that option in Service now form, if yes can you please share any documentation please?
