Campaign was scheduled and expectation was to see the scheduled campaign as part of the Scheduled campaign list page, but the list remains empty. In addition, i can see the number of scheduled campaign from the Campaign lists page.

How can we fix this?

Opening this as I got answer to FD ticket that it should be discussed first in the forums.

Login user have ROLE_ADMIN sav role or using any other SAV role?

No errors reported. Not sure what you mean frequency but this is happening every time.

Soon after scheduling a Campaign a Job trigger will be created of type 'Scheduled Campaign'. Can you check if any trigger created for your Campaign in Job control panel.

As asked by @smitg did you see any job created of type "Scheduled Campaign Job (CampaignScheduleJob) after you scheduled the campaign.

yes, a job trigger is created and campaign is getting created

1. Scheduled Campaign is always in Preview mode(cannot be launched in in Progress/Active)

2. These scheduled campaigns cannot be seen in the scheduled campaign list page

It seems campaigns are not scheduled. Can you check the schedule of these campaigns?

As I said earlier, scheduled campaigns are launched in Preview mode and they are listed in campaign list page but not in scheduled campaign list page and also future scheduled campaigns also not visible in the scheduled campaign page

How are you scheduling, By cron expression then your cron might be wrong

Future scheduled campaigns will be visible in the scheduled campaign page (atleast I can see the same in v5.5)

are there any manual config needed for this or this is a complete ootb feature? if not then it seems to be bug in our instance version?
