Schedule Job for IST timing

Hi,
I have to schedule the Job to run for every 30 minutes, starting at 6:15 AM. But the cron expression should run it for IST.
How to achieve this?
I tried mentioning the UTC for IST, but the next run timing is not matched.

HI @Saviynt_Savvy ,

Go to Admin --> Global configurations --> Select Preferences and choose Indian standard time for Jobs

You can not choose it specific to each job.
