Saviynt changes 'NewHire' to 'New Hire' in one user customproperty attribute

Hi there,

We are running into an odd issue.

We chose one user customproperty attribute to hold a value 'NewHire' imported from a DB view. We can see the value gets imported and stored as 'NewHire' in user profile correctly through Update History tab. However after a while, the 'NewHire' value gets changed to 'New Hire'. And there is no trace in Update History tab showing when and how this value gets updated to 'New Hire'.

I am wondering if 'NewHire' is a banned word in Saviynt user profile and how to debug this issue.

Can you try creating the value "NewHire" using inline processing and see if the value stays?

It's not a solution but a workaround which may work.

you meant to use pre-process?

The odd thing is it occurs randomly. sometime it happens to some user profiles not all of them after importing.

Thanks

Yes. Using the pre process.

Have tried restarting the server? Give it a go and see if the issue resolved itself, otherwise raise a ticket with the SD.

Yes. Restart saviynt a few times. Will try to use preprocess to populate the value.
