RunAllanalyticsJob "Trigger" not working

@NM  @varunakarnia since i am encountering a similar issue as THIS thread - I selected all the history and added base count 1
still it didn't work, it worked only manually and created tasks.
my job config: 

in applications i have two connector AD

Hi @Roua add a current date column in SQL query.

• keep base count =1
