Role without entitlement through birthright provisioning

Can a role without entitlements get assigned to user through technical rules in saviynt? if so , how can we achieve this.

No.

role is combination of entitlement and tasks are created on entitlements hence role must have atleast one entitlement to get role added to user

@ssaundatti  - Please do not design any shell roles. The roles are meaningless when they do not contain any entitlements.

All the role assignments / role revokes are defined successful based on the completion of Add access / Remove access tasks of the entitlements under the Erole.
