Revoke tasks should be created for mapped entitlements for rejected account in the EO campaign.

Hi All,

We have entitlements which are mapped to other requestable entitlements in one disconnected application like below:

We have put 'Remove ent task' and 'Add dependent task' as true.

In the entitlement owner campaign, we have enabled revoked task on locking.

Expectation:

So our expectation is that when owner reject any account and lock the campaign, then we should get remove access tasks for entitlement and also mapped entitlement.

Actual Result: We are getting revoke task only for the parent entitlement not for mapped entitlements. Please see screenshot below.

Can you please give any feasible solution to create revoke tasks even for the mapped entitlement through the entitlement owner campaign.

You need to have Remove ent task set as on for the mapped entitlement. Only this setting will enable task creation on revoke of the parent entitlement in the campaign.

Does this mapped entitlement is an entitlement map for other entitlements too which the user has? In that case, the access might not be removed as your dependent entitlement is a dependent for 2 entitlements user has.

Hi Shivagami,

Yes, but only 1 out of 4 mapped entitlements are mapped with other entitlement as well so we are expecting remove access task for the remining 3 entitlements which are not mapped with other entitlement. 

Also, to mention, the tasks are generating through ARS but not through campaign.
