REST - Remove entitlements from Inactive Accounts

Hello,

We are seeing an issue with the Inactive accounts for ServiceNow (REST connector) where the entitlements associated with these accounts are not getting removed from Saviynt even if the target application does not have any entitlements(or the entitlements are removed directly from the target).

Is there any parameter that needs to be set specifically in the Status and Threshold Config?

Is the import job (both account and access) completed successfully?

Thanks,
Devang Gandhi

Hi @rushikeshvartak - Tried adding this parameter. But after running the import jobs still the entitlements are present.

It worked after adding to STATUS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG attribute. it doesn't work if you add it to statusAndThresholdConfig inside ImportaccountEntJson
