Hi All,
We have REST app - if Entitlement Only selected in Security System , Add Access Task are become discontinued. here is the provisioning comments. ( but it updates targte)
USERNAME XXXXXXX is not associated with ACCOUNTNAME XXXXXXX.
suspecting add access task is getting called new account task.
any inputs ?

Do you have account name rule in placed for endpoint? User already have account of that endpoint and you are planning to provision second account?

We have accountname rule its brand new account - infact everything works fine if i select 'blank ' (not 'Entitlement Only') in Security system

Just 1 suggestion, do you have any task execution hierarchy set up in Global Configuration, if yes then please remove that and try again with same use case. In our case when we removed task execution hierarchy, the add access task were getting processed successfully.
So maybe you can give that a try. FYI we had Saviynt 5.5 version.

Hi @dgandhi , we havent modifed Global config for this integration .
Similar setup works for other REST apps

Is this issue only happening when the user does not have a new account or does it also happen for the users who do have an existing account?

Only happens to new Accounts.

Can you check the logs to see what might be causing it. The logs might help to understand the cause of it.
