How to add new type of users into Saviynt from workday

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where a new business line is introduced into Workday, and we need to import the new type of users into Saviynt. The users will be contingent type and the sub type will be BSL_BSL Regular, BIT_BSL Intern Temp, OUB_BSL Outsourced Worker. We already have a connection for contingent worker type. How can we make the modification to get these into Saviynt.

Please provide any examples or documents if available.

@Ekata , what type of connection you are using currently for user import from workday. Is it workday SOAP  or Workday RAAS report.

If its a workday SOAP, then you can use below parameter in the request body:

<bsvc:Exclude_Contingent_Workers>false</bsvc:Exclude_Contingent_Workers>

Also first you need to test the request that works as per your need form postman or soapui like tools and then we can map equivalent in the workday connection
