Request Status in Service Now

We are using Service NOW as request from , so all the requests are being raised in service now and Saviynt will act as back end from end user perspective. Everything is working fine, however we have question on the  status in service now. Now when the request is completed and task is provisioned the status of the task is getting updated as Closed Complete but instead the customer wants it to be Completed status . From the documentation I got the below Request status in service now and saviynt in each stages, this status mapping can be modified in Saviynt App within Service Now ? if yes what needs to be done.
