Remove task for roles

Hi All,

I have endpoint for which only Application roles are requestable. Now when user already has an account and want to modify their account with new role, remove task for ents of already assign role is created. Can someone tell where is this configured?

For E.g. -

I selected this ROLE in this modify account request -

Now the task in yellow is created for the ents of new role selected while the once highlighted in pink are remove task created for existing role with user-

@anuragG : That is expected behaviour if you have request-option as Drop down(single), Try to change it to Table so that it won't remove the existing access.

@anuragG Can you please check the Create Task Action option in entitlement type for the entitlements which were used in application roles?

By navigating to endpoint>entitlement type tab>open the entitlement type detail page

1 - yes it is No action only in ent types view detail page

 For Drop down(Single) optionIt is an expected behavior. Once new application role is requested, remove access tasks will be created for existing application role.
