Remove Access Entitlement Tasks not getting picked up by Prov Job

Hi,

We have Entitlement Owner campaign for User access review. Some AD groups have nested group membership. We are able to see them in the entitlement owner campaign and able to approve and reject . However when we reject and lock the certification and tasks is getting created for remove access entitlement . But the Job doesnt pick up the task and also provisioning job is failing after this task is getting created. Removing child entitlement is supported by OOTB AD connector ?

Could you attach some excerpts from the logs that contain the errors?

I dont see any errors from the log specific for this task at the time of running provisioning job.

Also we notificed that the task created for Revoking child entitlement in the campaign as remove access entitlement  , it is not passing the parent entitlement values to the tasks how will saviynt know from which parent entitlement the child entitlement has to be removed ? When remove Access Entitltment task is generated after the campaign is completed, Email notification is not getting triggered based on the email templates configured on Endpoint Level ( Email notifications for Remove Child Entitlement Upon Task Creation ) .
