SAP License Management

We are looking at the license management portion of Saviynt.

We've added all the SAP licenses into the license manager, and it shows even users that are disabled and have an enddate in the past as having a license even though SAP doesn't count them as licensed when in that state.

Does anyone know if there is a way to exclude those users from license management without deleting accounts (against SAP best practices)?

Thank you for your patience. As confirmed with product team, the queries for license management are hardcoded in code and currently there is no configuration to exclude the terminated users from license management. Hence, currently it is not achievable.
