"Pending Certifications" is not Displayed

Hi.

I can't see "Pending Certifications" at Home Page with ROLE_Manager SAV role.
I can see this with ROLE_Admin SAV role.

I see below article and added Webservice Access "apiv5fetchcertificationlist" and feature "All Campaign Certification Review Access", but still can't see "Pending Certifications".

How to configure to see "Pending Certifications" with ROLE_SAV_MANAGER?

Hi @KK Can you please check if "Pending Actions" Feature access is there in the ROLE_SAV_MANAGER SAV Role?

And can you please try to login with a different browser and clear cache and then try once again?

Yes, I have "Pending Actions" feature.

@KK Make sure the below Web service Access is present in your SAV_ROLE. 

Also check in the network log if the feature is getting called.

Yes, "apiv5fetchCertificationList" is already added, and fetchCertificationList is not shown up in network log.
I sill can't see pending certifications.

Hi @KK can you try putting ROLE_SAV_ENDUSER sav role along with the ROLE_Manager sav role and check once?
