Duplicate Child Entitlements seen in GUI

Hallo everyone,

We are seeing multiple of the same Child entitlements under Parent entitlements in Saviynt GUI. Everytime we run AD Import job, the child entitlement count increases with one. 

If we query this data in Data Analyzer, there is only one of the displayed Child Entitlements (Ad Group)

Example of view we see under Child entitlement attached (although searching for Child Entitlement name under Entitlements itself, just comes back with one but from Child Entitlement view its more than 240) 

Anyone seen this before or have any idea what could be the cause of this?

This seems UI Issue. Raise support ticket

Make sure you have objectGUID as the recon field.
Make sure ObjectGuid is also present in the entitlementID.

Thanks for your feedback, our reconciliation field was objectGUID, but added objectGUID to entitlementid as suggested, but that did not seem to make a difference.

Did it create a new entitlement again after mapping it to the Entitlement ID?
