Purge the Saviynt schema Job csv files

Hello,

We have a daily job with Schema based import.   Can you help on below. 

1. How to purge the success and Failed folders files, We need to set retain only 3 months of data files?

2. How to delete the a file inside DATA file, when rare cases they says they pushed wrong csv file?

Currently cleanup is not supported . you can submit idea ticket on ideas portal

Is there any way to delete the a file inside DATA file, There are cases they says they pushed wrong csv file in Saviynt? How to overcome this issue?   

No, You can raise saviynt freshdesk ticket , Operation can do it . for future raise idea ticket

Hi @bala 

Right now we are not allowing to delete any files from UI in Datafiles and sav files. in other folders you will find a delete option.

Now if there is a wrong file uploaded, you can reupload the contents only thing is file name cant be changed, apart from that you can update the file.

Then how to remove wrong file? Then Saviynt needs to process wrong file is mandatory as per Saviynt? there is no rename option also there to stop it. Really bad situation for all Saviynt customers on this.
