Primary Certifier is not able to see other Rank owners while consulting

Hi Team,

In 24.4 version, Primary certifier is not able to consult other rank owners(Rank 1) owners and they are not coming in the list and all other users are visible in the list.

campaign type : role owner campaign .
Did anyone observed this issue in 24v version? or any setting need to be enabled to see all the rank owners in the list for consult?

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,

We have primary certifier and Rank 1 owner configured for the Role.

While doing the consult , primary Certifier is able to see all the users present and only other owner(Rank 1) is not coming in the list.

Did you added any query in consult during launching campaign
