Reconfigure Certification Campaign 50% complete.

Hello,

We are currently running a certification campaign and are 50 percent complete. However, one of the owners of some entitlements has left the organization. We are wanting to change the entitlement review to a new owner. Is it possible to do this without deleting current completed reviews? We have changed the primary certifier within the entitlement but it is not reflecting in the current campaign.

Hi @ahaynes Once you launch the campaign, any changes after that will not reflect in the current campaign.

• You can't change owner but you can setup delegate for existing owner or you can consult to new owner.
• Exisiting owner can mark does not belong to me or ask to complete this time.
• Or launch new campaign for 1 entitlement

It is the product behavior/Limitation. 

• Once a Campaign is launched in active state. Any action take on the certification can't be reconfigured. It will be a brand new campaign.
• You can create a Ideas ticket as an enhancement.
