unable to set the primary certifier to an application role

Hello Team,

We are about to launch a campaign for an application roles, For few roles we are unable set the primary certifier and saying that only one primary certifier allowed. we are trying to make one owner as primary certifier.

@Yaswanth  This is expected, only one primary certifier could be set as certification also has single primary. This can be set from UI or via csv by setting value in CP26, in the image rank is 1 and 2 , The primary certifier is second from bottom in drop down.

@Yaswanth only primary certifier is allowed .. if you already have an existing one which change the rank for that and then update the rank to 26

You can only add one Primary certifier with Rank 1 and Rank 26. If we need to update the primary certifier in UI, first we need to change the rank of the existing Primary certifier and add a new one.

Rank 1-25 is used at ARS and application level.
Rank 26,27 is used at Campaign level.

I am unable to set as primary certifier from UI as it is throwing as only one primary certifier is allowed, The thing is, i could not find where the primary certifier is already there. If we have any enhance query to update thru JCP, i would be helpful.

You already have assigned Sarah as the Primary certifier with Rank #1. First, assign another rank to Sarah and add a new certifier with Rank#1.

We have two Owners with Rank 2 and 3 , but still unable to set primary certifier as shown in below, any inputs? how to change forcefully?

Can you share the logs in a text file when setting the New owner or changing the rank.

Share the output of this query: SELECT * from role_owners where ROLEKEY=<Inster rolekey>
