Parent attribute Changes action is not working

Hi,

We are using action to perform when the parent attribute changes. we have tried with Refresh and Mapping.

If we select 2 options and cancel one it is not working. The attribute based on the parent attribute is not getting updated.

Please find the below example for more details:

We have selected Mapping as an action to perform when the parent attribute changes.

We added the below action string in the parent attribute.

When we select both options as below:

Both options are visible but if we deselect anyone of the options one attribute should be removed but it's not getting removed:

Here we removed the incident editor option from team member access still the child attribute is not getting removed.

Only incident viewers should be visible but it's not working.

Show/hide functionality will not work as expected for multiselect attribute type.

Check this post on this similar issue and up-vote the idea.

• Parent & Child Mapping works 1-1 Value and not with Multi Select Attribute
