How to update the change in Service Account Owner to AD

We are doing CSV import of the Service Accounts from AD.

The extension_attribute1 is having the owner details.

Now, there is a use case where on the termination day the manager of the user will become new owner of service account.

We need to push this change to AD.

The challenge is - as the users are not associated with the Service Accounts, Saviynt is unable to create a UpdateAccountTask.

Is there a way we can update the new owner details in the AD?
