Okta Connector via Design tool

The initial app created MUST be named 'Okta' and no other names are accepted. After following the below documentation:

It says to update the automatically created secsystem's provisioning connection to Okta_apps_REST but that is not an option. The only option is already selected:  Okta_PROVISIONINGCONNECTION.

Is this documentation out dated?

New connection will be created with "PROVISIONINGCONNECTION".  Saviynt team will check with documentation on same.
