Multiple Grant Block in Workflow

Hi All,

We have a requirement on update account where we are using 2 grant blocks one with email template attached and another without template and we use if else to decide and direct to grant block, scenario is some of the update needs notification and some don't need it but now we are seeing that there are two update account tasks getting created and also, we receive email twice.

We did this to suppress the update account email, but I think this is causing an issue.

Can you please let us know how we can handle this scenario with a better approach.
