Making an endpoint not requestable in ServiceNow but still triggering the workflows

Hi everyone,

We use the Service Now integration with EIC, and we need to make a new endpoint non-requestable in Service Now. However, we still need this endpoint to trigger access removal tasks in EIC and Service Now when a user is terminated.

Context: This new endpoint is used to track which users have access to a specific system. Accounts in this endpoint will be maintained via a manual import, so it should not be available for request in Service Now; however, when a user is terminated, we still need EIC and Service Now to create a task for the support team to remove the access from the user. So, basically, we need that this endpoint is not requestable in Service Now but that it still triggers the access removal workflow in Service Now.

Any thoughts on how to achieve this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Not sure if what is on that post is helpful, we need to hide the entitlements from Service Now, I checked the post and changing the entitlement type did not work.
