Issue with Term date, saviynt disables the user after activation

hello, there is an issue with Identity Term Date. When a user is disabled using one click disable, this Term date feature populates and termination comments are added. Now, when the same user is rehired and activated, saviynt disables the user the following day when jobs are running. We think its because of the term date. Could that be the case, if not what could be causing this and whats the best practice to resolve this?

Work around:

if termdate only issue :

You reactivation time update termdate based Cloud DB directly , we have option via user update rules

Could you please provide more information on this?

@thesvg : In case of rehire scenario try to clear the term date along with activating the user. You may have to use inline preprocessor to handle this use case.

Issue resolved with preprocessor query.

Logic is to set term date to null if any defined status attribute is active.

Please share pre processor logic to benefit others
