We have a business requirement where we need to send an instruction file for application settings after a user gains access. We've configured an email template at the endpoint level, intending for the email to trigger upon completion of the add account task. However, we're facing difficulties in attaching .pdf file to this email.
While we can access the file via a link shared in our team channel, our business requirement necessitates sending it as an attachment directly to the user's email for enhanced security.
Could anyone shed some light on whether there have been any updates or features introduced in version 24.3 that would enable us to add attachments directly at the email template level?
