After upgrading Saviynt from version 24.5 to 24.9, we are experiencing an issue while email templates are not triggering for campaigns.
This functionality is critical for our operations, and we need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Could you please provide guidance or any troubleshooting steps we can take to rectify this problem?

@Pratham if it happened just after upgrade you can raise a urgent case with saviynt.

Yes, test email is getting triggered from SMTP config.
