Instant Provisioning working in Modern UI but not with Classic UI

Hi,

I am trying to do instant provisioning on "A" application. It is working when i use "Request New Access" option. But when i use "Request Access", access is not provisioned immediately. Do we have to have any configuration setup for classic UI?

I do have the below configurations set already

I see 2 options for Access Request. 

When i click "Request New Access", I get the below UI, Instant Provisioning works fine when i add access using this UI

When i click "Request Access", I get the below UI which is mentioned as "Classic Experience" in SAV Role's Feature access. Instant Provisioning does not work when i add access using this UI

Any help is much appreciated.

@deepa : what is the task type you see when request is submitted using this option?

It is "Add Access" for both the options when i submit the request. Do not see any difference in the task type :(.

Please validate below 

• Instant Provisioning is enabled on Security System level
• Add Access is added in Global Configuration

Validate Below 

select * from configuration where name like '%INSTANTPROVISION_TASKTYPES%'

It looks like defect that in NEO same configuration does not work where as it works in Classic , Please raise support ticket
