Hi Team,

We are currently working on integrating Saviynt with Slack to perform reconciliation as well as provisioning/deprovisioning.

As part of recon we are trying to import accounts and channels as entitlements. We are able to import the accounts where as the entitlements import for channel is not working as we are receiving below error in logs.

"ecm-worker","rest.RestUtilService","quartzScheduler_Worker-5-759nf","DEBUG","Exception in RestUtil.getAt : groovy.lang.MissingPropertyException: No such property: code for class: java.lang.String"

Does anybody has any idea on how to resolve this error to import channels in Saviynt?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi Raghu,

We have used OOTB Slack connector available in which we directly provided the access token generated using the client credentials. Please find below the screenshot for the same.

Using this connection we are able to import the accounts however import of channels as an entitlement is not working.

Thank you!
