Hi @sherbert 

Could you please provide more information about the picture URL. What is the workday attribute/field it is present? Will it be for every user which you want to import to Saviynt as a part of import as an account attribute?

Although we have not tested this it could be imported in a custom attribute and then value of same can be passed to the O365 as an account attribute.
