How to restrict/exclude specific entitlement in Application Owner Campaign

Hello,

I am configuring application owner campaign and application has 12 entitlements. Now customer wants to launch campaign only 10 entitlements and they want us to exclude/restrict 2 specific entitlements from campaign that means these 2 entitlements should not present in certification. Could you please let me know, how could I achieve this use case.?

Hi @Rajesh_CH , you can use a  customproperty and add 'ExckudeCertification' in the entitlement which you want to exclude.

Then in advance campaign of certification under entitlement query add customproperty1 not in ('ExcludeCertification')

In application owner campaigns advanced configuration you can define list of entitlements to be part of campaign under Entitlement Query Section

entitlement_value not in ('ent1','ent2')
