SAP Analytics cloud CSRF token fetch issue

Hi Team,

We are integrating the SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) application by using the REST connector. 

We are able to make authorization call and getting bearer token. While fetching the csrf token we receive 200 response but header not returning the csrf token. Below is the example. 

If anyone integrated the SAC, please share working Jsons (create account etc)
