How to get salesforce role and their hierarchy using OOTB connector

Hi,

we are trying to fetch salesforce roles and their hierarchy using OOTB connector. but so far only role data getting through and no hierarchy.

is there any way we get this data?

@narendranegi  Are you using Salesforce connector ? if yes alredy Profile etc  configured in endpoint ent-type  level,  based on import query and  job it should fetch.

My understanding is Salesforce Role Hierarchy import is not available. Best would be raise an Idea.- https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/

Till then , you can achieve it via CSV upload.

Hi There,

previously, Saviynt gave the approach to maintain the hierarchy inside Saviynt using SAV to SAV DB connection.

But, now the DB connection is not possible, is there a way to do it via SAV TO SAV REST?

Hi 

There is no API present in the published bundle which can update the entitlement hierarchy or at least not documented.

is there way to we can use existing create/update entitlement API to update the hierarchy,
or any hidden API, that are not published?
