We have a requirement to onboard DocuSign with multiple DocuSign accounts.
DocuSign Organization\Accounts Setup(FYI):
To get this multiple DocuSign Accounts, Users with multiple Accounts and their Entitlements into Saviynt:
EIC-DocuSign Connector docs sample JSONs are designed to handle only one DocuSign Account.
(Referring the <ACCOUNT_ID> in the JSONS in the pages here: https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/Docusign-Guide/page/Content/Understanding-Integration-between-E... )
In this approach, for each DocuSign Account, separate Security System and end point needs to be created. It also involves maintaining multiple Security System \ End point and associated Saviynt Application license for each.
Create 1 Saviynt Application Account for A User but handle the DocuSign Accounts and Entitlements in Saviynt Entitlements.
i.e. A DocuSign User with 2 Docusign Accounts will have 1 Saviynt Application Account Only. But that Saviynt Account will have Entitlement Hierarchy that includes ( DocuSign Accounts, Entitlement Types and Entitlements). Basically, Multiple DocuSign Accounts will be modeled with in the Entitlement structure than separate Saviynt Accounts. One Saviynt Security System and one Endpoint is needed.
Model1 involves additional Licensing as multiple Security system & End points needs to be created. In our POC for Model3, We were able to import the multiple Saviynt Accounts (1 for each DocuSign account) for a user. But the Entitlements were not aligned to respective Saviynt accounts, instead added to the Users first\one Saviynt Account.
Trying to reach out to see:
Anyone implemented DocuSign with multiple DocuSign Accounts ? in that case how do you handled the Entitlements, Groups within each DocuSign accounts and users with multiple DocuSign Accounts?
Thank you !

In many cases, Model 2 is preferred for its simplicity and centralized management, especially when the entitlements and groups across multiple DocuSign accounts are similar or can be effectively managed within a single hierarchical structure. However, if there are significant differences in entitlements or if clear separation is needed, Model 3 might be more appropriate.
