how to change account name editable on Access Request page?

User wanna apply a service account on Google App.

On the Access Request page, the account name is default like the user name and it is not allowed to edit.

but on request page on Okta, user is allowed to input the account name on the page.  How to change to be editable?

it is out of box some situation , mostly it will work Service Account

Hi @oscarcheng ,

That's right, accountname is default like the username.

But if you want to achieve this use case, try configuring any user attribute which is blank under 'Account name rule'. (Ex: All users have blank value in customproperty60 of user table. Use this cp60 in 'Account name rule') Now in ARS, account name can be modifiable.
