How to add entitlement owners name in the email body when entitlement owner is not the assignee

Hi,

We have a request from customer to include entitlement owners name  in the email body that is sent before approval of the request. Entitlement owner is not the assignee either in this case.

Task: Include entitlement owners name (firstname + lastname) in email body
Conditions:
-Email is sent before approving request
-Entitlement Owner is not the assignee of the request
