Generate tasks for mismatched role access

Sometimes access does not match the Enterprise Role assigned. For eg, if an Enterprise role has two entitlements e1 and e2, and a user u1 is assigned that role, he should have access to those entitlements. Sometimes entitlements get removed (for eg u1 no longer has access to e2). Please advise how to generate tasks for the mismatched access ( e2).

Isnt that what the OOTB-RoleAccessMismatches analytics would do? Whats the use of this job and analytic?

That has limited functionality Only records can be accepted hence we have created duplicate report with additional access to address the issue. OOTB report we can't change.
