Error while approving Privilege ID Request

Hi Team - 

For an emergency access ID request, I am seeing an error while trying to approve the session request. The same approver is able to approve the emergency access ID request for authorization, but once the user submits the session access request for firefighter ID, the approver is seeing the below error while approving it and clicking on confirm. 

We have the authentication type as SNC in the firefighter ID account config.

• Validate same request from NEO request module

@rushikeshvartak , yes we do have NEO UI and requesting from the same

• Please raise support ticket. looks like product code issue.
