Hi,
We have a use case where the user's last name or first name will be updated in HRMS. Once the updated name is pulled into saviynt , the user's email should be changed, to change the email we need the user's approval, it has to be done through actionable email. The user must then approve or reject the change through the email itself. After the user approves it, the request will go to the admin team for final approval.
Can anyone guide us on how to send the actionable email?

Hi @Leofrancis i believe this is not configurable you won't be able to send an email for approval and only after that email value change will be processed.

Hi @Leofrancis This is not supported. Instead check if HR can take user's input and pass it onto saviynt or not, for example if HR update one attribute to 'yes' means that user want's a new email 'No' means that user doesn't want to change the mail, accordingly store that in a user cp value and create an user update rule to generate email.
Regards,
Indra
