I have a SAV role and the request history visibility is set to a specific endpoint. I have few emergency access roles created for the same endpoint. The users assigned this SAV role are able to see all the access requests associated with the endpoint in their request history except the emergency access role requests created for the endpoint.
What needs to be done to make sure, user with the SAV role can see all the access requests for a specific endpoint including the emergency access roles requests raised?
Any insights are much appreciated.

This filter is only based on Endpoints (ars_requests table - endpointascsv column)
In case of Emergency request Endpoints column is not populated hence filter will not work 😞

Yes, that's correct! Even though endpoint is populated in the role, it won't get populated in requests that's what is the problem!

As far as I know, the endpoints are populated just for the application roles and not for enterprise or emergency roles even if you have the endpoint name configured in the roles.

That's correct, Avinash! Endpoints are not getting populated for emergency roles causing the visibility issue.
Does it require product fix as it seems like a problem that needs to be addressed.
